An Experienced Little River Farms Wedding DJ

Little River Farms, at 14505 Batesville Road in Alpharetta near Milton, is one of our favorite North Atlanta wedding venues. Its 5,000-square-foot pavilion holds up to 250 guests, and couples can choose from three ceremony spots: the gazebo, the orchard, or indoors by the pavilion fireplace. We’ve DJed ceremonies in all three.

Where We Set Up for Your Reception

In the pavilion, we set up in the corner to the left of the fireplace (as you face it). It’s the spot we’ve found works best in that room.

Tips for Planning Your Little River Farms Reception

More than 130 guests?

We recommend adding a small wireless speaker on the far side of the pavilion. It reaches guests in the back without blasting the tables closest to the DJ.

Ceremony Sound at the Gazebo, Orchard, or Indoors

Most Little River Farms ceremonies happen at the gazebo, but we’ve also set up in the orchard and inside the pavilion. For outdoor ceremonies, we bring a separate ceremony sound system:

  • Two 10″ speakers and a 10-channel mixer
  • Two wireless lapel microphones: one for your officiant and one for the groom
  • 30 minutes of background music as guests arrive at the ceremony site
  • Every song for walking down the aisle and back up it
  • Sound for cocktail hour at the estate home
